Katherine Jean Bolduan professionally known as Kate Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. Most well-known for her anchoring of the CNN morning program At This Hour, Bolduan is an American broadcast journalist. She was also co-anchored CNN morning shows New Day, and The Situation Room. Bolduan is a member of CNN's winning presidential election coverage from 2012. Bolduan has also been an official correspondent for the congressional office in Washington DC covering the activities of the US House and the senate. Bolduan was a reporter for legislative and congressional events, such as discussions on raising the federal debt ceiling as well as super committee meetings. Her work on general assignments has included reports on the Christmas Day Bombing, Obamacare's Supreme Court Decision and implementation of the government's stimulus plan in 2009. She was hired by CNN Newsource as a National Correspondent in 2007. As a CNN Newsource correspondent, she was a reporter for breaking news and also produced feature-length reports for over 800 CNN Newsource members. Prior to that, she was with NBC News MSNBC and WTVD-TV. She is a mother of three within New York City.
